manifest.json maps source IDs and original filenames to immutable SHA-256 object paths. SHA256SUMS checks the raw objects. Public anonymous HTTP downloads are enabled for /nutriextract/ only; other server paths retain authentication. Credentials are never stored here. Storage does not imply scientific acceptance or redistribution rights; apply the source gate before use.

Originals remain unchanged locally. Runtime logs, Gold, databases and generated extraction outputs are excluded.
